We prefer subcontracting experts to you on a T&M or Fixed Price basis. This makes it easier for us to maintain the expert’s clearance and allows you the flexibility to terminate the subcontract when needed. If you need to 1099 the expert, we’ll work with you to make it happen.

Transparent Pricing
Subcontracting to Cleared Firms
Often, our clients are looking to bring the expert on through a subcontract relationship. We understand and are supportive of this approach as well. In these cases, we’ll coordinate with a partner subcontractor with an active FCL to hire your expert and enter a subcontract relationship with your firm.
Our partner subcontractors consist of certified SDVOSB, HUBZone, WOSB and more to meet your subcontracting needs.
We provide simplified fee for our services. This fee can be paid by the Prime, the subcontractor or is split between both parties as part of the negotiation.
